THE PERSON BEHIND TAPULAB

Hi, I’m Raihan Tapu.
Good to meet you.

I help small businesses and organisations get online and make everyday work easier. When you contact TapuLab, you’re talking to me.

Technology makes more sense when it solves a real problem.

My experience includes delivering websites, coordinating nonprofit programmes, working with suppliers and contractors, and helping teams organise their daily work.

That means I look beyond how something looks. Who will use it? What do they need to do? Will it make their day easier?

A mix of business and technology

I studied Computer Science and Engineering at Daffodil International University and completed an MBA in Marketing at the Institute of Business Administration, Jahangirnagar University.

Over the years, I’ve helped deliver many websites for businesses and nonprofits, supported app testing, and improved business systems and everyday ways of working. Across these projects and other roles, the common thread has been solving real problems. I start by understanding what people need, then find or build a practical solution tailored to their situation, whether that’s a website, a tool, or a simpler way to get things done.

What working with me looks like

We start with a conversation, agree on the work and its price, and review progress together. I use established tools and AI-assisted development where useful, and take responsibility for checking and testing the result.

You don’t need technical knowledge or a perfect project plan. Explain your business in your own words. I can help you work out what to do next.

These are my personal profiles. You can find my work and writing here on TapuLab.

I also like to write.

This site is home to my personal blog as well. It’s a place for ideas, experiences, and observations. Not every post will be about work.
