Enquiries
The project form collects your name, email, and project details, plus optional company, budget, and timing information. We use these details to review your request and respond. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal records.
Access and storage
Enquiries are stored in a private database. The owner and authorized staff use the dashboard to manage them. Staff access is limited by role and assignment. The website is hosted on Oracle infrastructure in Singapore.
Cookies and security records
Staff login uses an essential session cookie. Public visitors do not need an account to enquire. Limited security information, including hashed network identifiers used for abuse prevention, helps protect the form and login. Routine hosting logs may contain network addresses.
Sharing
We do not sell enquiry information. Hosting providers process information to operate the service. Confidential client material will not be submitted to external AI services as part of project work without agreement.
Keeping and removing information
We keep enquiries while they are needed for the conversation or an agreed project. You can request a copy, correction, or removal through the enquiry form, selecting “Something else” and identifying your earlier request. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Records required for an active agreement or a legal obligation may need to be retained.
