Ask a decision-shaped question
A broad list of competitors can become a collection of screenshots. Start with a question such as which customer need is underserved or how competing packages explain their value.
Compare like with like
Record what each price or package includes, the date checked, and any limits. A headline price alone is rarely a fair comparison.
Separate facts from interpretation
Keep directly observed claims distinct from your own assessment. Note where information is missing instead of filling gaps with assumptions.
Find experiments, not certainty
Use the review to suggest a clearer package, a better explanation, or a small customer interview. Competitor activity does not prove what your own customers will buy.
